One Resourcing Ltd provide a staffing solution to a number of different clients based at Gatwick Airport. Working on our own airside passes our Airport Agents provide a service to our clients’ that is a unique and original One Resourcing Ltd concept. One week you may be checking a couple into the luxury executive lounges on their way to a dream honeymoon in sunnier climates and the next you may be serving passengers luxury foods on a seafood bar.

2022 has been one of our most successful years ever, with more clients than ever our Airport Agents will be a fundamental part of a passengers’ airport experience heading into an even more exciting 2023.

We are looking for applicants to fulfil a number of roles:

These include but are not limited to:

• Front of House Restaurant Staff
• Back of House/Kitchen Restaurant Staff
• Retail Sales Staff

Pay rates would be determined by the role but for these roles hourly rates would be between £9.50 – £12.50 per hour (Subject to change due to upcoming increase to the National Minimum Wage in April 2023).

You may be a current airside pass holder at Gatwick looking to work some additional hours on a dual pass, looking for work to fit around your family life, or you may be a student looking for temporary work to fit around your studies, either way we are very keen to see CV’s from energetic, enthusiastic, candidates that are looking to embark on an exciting journey at Gatwick Airport

All candidates would need to provide a full five-year reference history, a UK Criminal Record Check, Overseas Criminal Record Check (where applicable) and will also need to undertake security awareness training.
