Location: Gatwick Airport (South and North Terminal)

Pay Rate: £11.35PH with a 15% night shift premium (Monthly Pay)

Shifts:
Days – 3 on 3 off – working hours are between 6am and 7pm

Nights – 3 on 3off (18:00pm-04:00am, 18:00pm-06:00am, 21:00-04:00am)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing effective and efficient stock handling to support retail teams to deliver exception sales and customer service

Key Accountabilities:

• To ensure deliveries, transfers and returns are processed correctly
• To accurately check deliveries against delivery paperwork
• To safely transport stock
• To ensure that shelves are stocked to merchandising standards
• To participate in planned cleaning routines
• To prevent company property loss
• To maintain high standards within the day-to-day operations including: personal appearance and merchandising
• To comply with all company health and safety and trading standards guidelines
• Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
• Ability to communicate verbally in English
• Physically fit to handle heavy loads
• Customer focused and able to engage with internal and external customers
• Organised and numerate with analytical skills
• Experience with replenishment and merchandising
• Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member
• Excellent time keeping and attendance

Desirable:

• Experience in either a retail service or warehouse environment
• Relevant product knowledge
• Manual handling training

What we need from you:

• Ability to access the London Gatwick Airport
• Ability to provide a full 5 year background check alongside a criminal record check
• Preferable manual handling experience
